Shipping Information: Orders are fulfilled withing 24 hours of receipt of order except Holiday or Weekends providing the items are in stock. We will notify by e-mail if the item is out of stock.

Returns: We accept returns withing 10 business day of shipment, providing it has been authorized by Phoenix Books through e-mail or telephone. Postage for returns will be paid by customer unless Phoenix has made an error.

Refunds: Once you receive authorization to return your item a refund will be applied to your account upon receiving the items in same condition as it was purchased.
